WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM - Every Monday at 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.This ongoing program offers members a weekly weigh in and meeting to discuss the challenges of weight loss. A once per month assessment will include body fat testing, circumference measurements and a simple fitness level test and assessment. Combine this with our classes for optimum results! THURSDAY, JANUARY 21
YOGA IN MONTAUK - Classes for seniors. Thursdays. Low Impact Aerobics. This 45-minute class is geared to those over 65 and offers a low impact aerobic workout. Includes a 15-20 minute choreographed low impact aerobic segment with no jumping or jogging. Includes a full body strength training and stretching routine done seated in or holding onto a chair. Meets Thursdays 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.. $20 for 4 classes per month.
Chair Yoga. This gentle 45-minute class is for those who are uncomfortable with floor exercises. Participants will be led through a series of basic Hatha yoga postures that are done while seated in or holding onto a chair. This class helps to improve flexibility and balance.
