Instructions
1. Cut down your neutral colored scrapbook paper to fit inside the shadow box. Glue
down the paper to line the inside back of the shadow box. When applying the
glue use a paint brush to prevent the paper from rolling and bubbling up.
2. Cut a 2" strip of horse scrapbook paper.Glue the strip off center to the left or right,
on the inside back of the box.
3. Mix 3 parts blue paint with 1 part black paint, to create a nice navy color. Paint
wooden letters to spell Hampton Classic this color. Also paint the wooden circle
navy.
4. When the circle is dry paint 2008 on it with white paint.
5. After all of your letters are dry, take your letters and pictures and start playing
with different layouts in your shadowbox. As you are choosing a layout do not
forget about your horse stickers that we will be placing on in the end.
6. Once you decide on a layout brush a light layer of glue onto the back of all your
pieces and secure to the inside back of your shadow box. After all pieces are
glued down, Place your stickers where accents are needed.
7. Place a nice sticker in the center of your shadow box and embellish it by
gluing on a piece of twine or hemp on each side.
