I can't believe it: one day it's the beginning of summer and two weeks later we're celebrating our most patriotic (and for East Enders, often chaotic) of holidays! Time goes by so quickly; I keeping wanting to just stop and savor all the wonderful people, times and gifts this unique part of the world has to offer.

One of the things I savor most are your kind phone calls, notes and emails letting me know how much you're enjoying our magazine this summer. Once again, I want to thank all of our loyal readers and advertisers for your words of encouragement and your continued support.
