FRIDAY, MARCH 2

COMEDY LUNCH HOUR- From March 2-18 enjoy a ‘Lunch Hour’ comedy by Jean Kerr performed at North Fork Community Center, Mattituck. Direction by Priscilla Sprague. Showtimes are Friday-Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2:30 p.m. Tickets: $12. 298-4500.

THE SEVEN DEADLY SINS- From 5-8 p.m. enjoy the opening reception for juried show, ‘The Seven Deadly Sins,’ at East End Arts Council, Riverhead. SATURDAY, MARCH 3

OCEANS OF HOPE- From 7-12 p.m. you cannot miss the Annual Oceans of Hope benefit at Atlantis Marine World, Riverhead. Tickets: $150, includes dinner, cocktails, dancing and silent auction. Proceeds benefit Riverhead Foundation. This is the same organization that operates the New York State Marine Mammal and Sea Turtle Rescue Program for New York. 631-369-9840.

CONCERT AT ORIENT- 7:30 p.m. check out the ‘Infinite Heart: Songs of Hope, Joy and Community,’ at Orient Congregational Church. Concert features theatre songs presented by Michael Manualian, Greg Welch, Karen Haley, Jeffrey Wentz and others. Tickets: $15. Proceeds benefit Mississippi family affected by Hurricane Katrina.
