The
Cooperage Inn in Baiting Hollow now offers a 20% discount on “Down
Home Cooking” menu items every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
nights. Items, regularly priced from $18.50 to $24, include chicken
pot pie, four season meatloaf, herb-roasted or barbecue free-range
chicken, barbecue baby back ribs, barbecue chicken and marinated
grilled center cut pork chops. The regular dinner menu is also available.

Legends Restaurant
in New Suffolk now offers an international style tapas menu for
dinner Sunday through Thursday. Tapas are small flavorful dishes
that are popular in Spain’s social and cultural lifestyle.
Diners may try tapas to experiment with more exotic dishes
or enjoy tapas as a prelude to dinner in addition to specially priced
tapas-sized wines in 3 oz. glasses for $4.50. The special menu includes
Spanish style tapas in addition to an international array of small
dishes, some of which are featured on the regular menu as a larger

Michaels’ at Maidstone Beach
in East Hampton has announced a new and improved steak special available
every Thursday night from 5 to 10 p.m., featuring black Angus certified
beef. Diners may choose a three-course prix fixe including anappetizer,
entrée and house dessert for $23.95 or steak entrée

Jedediah’s in Jamesport at
the Jedediah Hawkins Inn, has now added new menu items to their
current menu. The menu items include seared foie gras with Gewürztraminer
braised cherries, pumpkin brûlé and Saba (a mildly
sweetened vinegar), braised Jurgielewicz Farm duck with fresh rigatoni,
olives and capers. Also offering the honey tasting featuring four
different honeys including Hamptons wildflower, local lavender,
tangerine and Hamptons clover honey with assorted accompaniments.

Rowdy Hall in East Hampton has added
some new items to their menu. Some of the menu items include crisp
duck leg confit with frisée, fingerling potatoes and red
wine vinaigrette, roasted beets with baby arugula, blood orange,
fennel confit, goat cheese and red wine vinaigrette, monkfish gran
mere with monkfish medallions, mushrooms, fingerling potatoes, bacon
lardoons and pearl onions, and vegetarian chili with butternut squash,
cheddar cheese, sour cream, onion and homemade corn bread. For further

Almond in Bridgehampton has announced
a three-course prix fixe for $19.95 every night till 7 p.m. and
all night on Mondays. Almond is open Thursday through Tuesday for

Almondito in East Hampton is offering
some winter specials. Miercoles Mania is every Wednesday, offering
$5 margaritas and $5 bocaditos (tiny bites), small plate versions
of Almondito’s favorites such as empanadas, ceviches, tacos
and guacamole. This bocadito menu will also be available for $7
per item Thursday-Monday at the bar. Almondito is also offering
a three-course prix fixe for $19.95, every night till 7 p.m. and
all night on Wednesday. Almonditio is also now open for dinner at

Della Femina in East Hampton is offering
dinner specials seven days a week. Thursday is “Date Night,”

A three-course prix fixe for $25 is available Sunday through Friday

The Patio in Westhampton Beach has
announced new items that have been added to their menu. Some of
the menu items include the caprice, fresh mozzarella, ripe vine
tomatoes, roasted red peppers on rustic bread with a balsamic pesto
dressing and French fries, seared escolar (Mediterranean white fish)
served on Thai bean thread cakes with sprout salad, and spicy aioli,
Long Island duck breast au poivre duck breast encrusted with crushed
wasabi peas served with a sweet potato hash and cranberry duck confit.
