The Golden Pear Café has introduced
Santa Fe Lasagna with fresh enchilada sauce for $11.95. Owner Keith
Davis and Executive Chef Rob Tebinka developed this Southwestern
entrée to include layers of lasagna pasta, corn tortillas,
roasted chicken, black beans, fresh cilantro, green chilies, jack
and cheddar cheeses. Also try the new Huntsman’s Meatloaf
for $9.95. The combination of fresh ground beef, apple-wood smoked
bacon, carrots, onions and capers is served in fresh brown gravy

East Wind in Wading River hosts a
Valentine’s dinner dance on Saturday, February 10 from 7 to
11 p.m. A gourmet four-course dinner may be enjoyed with dancing

Beach, offers a three-course $26 prix fixe. Menu items include heirloom
carrot soup, maccheroncini, duck confit and hummingbird cake. On
Saturday, January 27 from 8 p.m. in its adjacent luxury car showroom,
Manhattan Motor Cars, Annona will host a fundraiser for Robert Pedalino
of Wading River. All proceeds from the cash bar will be donated
to the Pedalino family with donations graciously accepted on the

Sunday, February 11 at the Wölffer
Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack, Jeanne Cuddy-Peretz, pastry chef
at the Laundry Restaurant, will demonstrate the art of seductive
