The Golden Pear Café has introduced Santa Fe Lasagna with fresh enchilada sauce for $11.95. Owner Keith Davis and Executive Chef Rob Tebinka developed this Southwestern entrée to include layers of lasagna pasta, corn tortillas, roasted chicken, black beans, fresh cilantro, green chilies, jack and cheddar cheeses. Also try the new Huntsman’s Meatloaf for $9.95. The combination of fresh ground beef, apple-wood smoked bacon, carrots, onions and capers is served in fresh brown gravy with a side of garlic-mashed potatoes.
