WEIGHT LOSS - The second Tuesday of every month, Dr. Russ L'HommeDieu, a physical therapist, holds a free weight management lecture & discussion session for people fighting similar weight loss problems. HEALTHY COOKING MADE QUICK & EASY - The second Friday of every month, a Quick and Easy Healthy Cooking demonstration is being offered.
