Police Blotter
Drunk
At four in the morning a man was arrested for driving while intoxicated when he was caught driving erratically on the road. The man driving the vehicle tried to convince the officer that he was not drinking and that the smell of alcohol and vomit in the car was just the way the car smelled when he bought it.

The Gift
A woman in Sag Harbor smacked another woman in the face with a gift box that she was planning on giving to her friend before an argument broke out. The woman who was smacked by the birthday gift was quoted saying, "I was really surprised she did that."

Mac Attack
A woman threw her Apple Laptop computer at her husband during an argument. The computer survived the throw and the husband is now willing to admit that he is responsible for downloading that unsavory material.

A Suspect
A man living in a house that is under construction in East Hampton woke up in the middle of the night because he heard noise outside. When he investigated the sound, he saw a man with a hood and a crowbar on his property. He yelled out to the man to make him aware of his presence. When the intruder heard him, he ran off, but not before tearing a plastic weather guard with his crowbar. If you have any information please contact police.

Chocolate Milk
A man in Hampton Bays began a fight with another man over the last bottle of chocolate milk for sale at a deli. The fight escalated to a shouting match before the manager of the store threatened the two men that they either had to leave the store or be sent to the principal's office.

Just Missed The Train
A man in Southampton was caught shoplifting from a store from Southampton and made a run for it to the train station. Police caught up to the man right before he boarded the train, which was already five minutes late. The message here is karma.

Illegal Windows
A man in Bridgehampton was pulled over for having illegally tinted windows. When police pulled the man over they confirmed that yes, the man is just really, really, really bad looking, and let him on his way.

Cell Phone
A man in Sag Harbor was pulled over by police after he was seen talking on his cell phone. The man received the ticket and then got back to getting directions from his friend on the other line.

Trespassing and Smoking
A woman in Sagaponack was arrested after she was caught trespassing onto private property and possessing marijuana. Always a good idea to carry drugs when breaking the law.
