Annona in Westhampton Beach, named
after the Roman goddess of the harvest, hosts a Tuscan wine dinner
on Thursday, December 14. The night will feature a five-course dinner
(two wines paired with each course) for $125 per person. Annona
takes its culinary inspiration from regions of Italy while focusing
on local produce from the abundant farms on the North Fork of Long
Island. Choose from a predominantly Italian wine list featuring

Fresno in East Hampton will host
a wine dinner in conjunction with Domaine Wines of Pantigo Place
in East Hampton, Sunday, December 17 at 6 p.m. Viognier and Syrah
wines will be paired with cuisine prepared by Fresno chef Gretchen
Menser. The price is $75 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations
are recommended and should be made directly through the restaurant.

Alison in Bridgehampton serves a
four-course Christmas Eve menu prepared by Executive Chef Robert

East Wind Caterers will serve brunch
with Santa on Sunday, December 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Kids can
tell Santa their Christmas wishes while listening to holiday favorites
sung by The East Wind Christmas carolers. The cost is $26.95 for
adults and $13.95 for children, and children under three years-old

hosting a Christmas Eve brunch on December 31st from 11 a.m. to
3 p.m. The brunch will cost $25.00 per person, plus 20% gratuity

Chef Matthew Guiffrida of The Patio
in Westhampton Beach offers a cooking class the third Wednesday
of every month at 6:30 p.m; this month’s class will take place
on Wednesday, December 20. This class will focus on the seven fishes
served in the traditional Italian Christmas Eve dinner. The dishes
will include: stuffed calamari, shellfish casserole, and pumpkin
pie shortcake along with additional surprise items! The class costs
$30 per person and includes holiday spice punch as well as the regular

The Laundry Restaurant in East Hampton
is serving a Christmas Eve dinner on Sunday, December 24 from 5:30-11
p.m. Dinners can choose from the a la carte menu that will also
feature special menu items. Menu items include jumbo lump crab cakes
with avocado salsa and chipotle vinaigrette; Prince Edward Island
mussels with garlic, white wine and parsley; grilled organic Scottish
salmon with roasted artichokes, leeks, potato puree and tapenade
vinaigrette; hand rolled gnocchi with shellfish ragout, chanterelle

The Plaza Café in Southampton
is serving a Christmas Eve dinner on Sunday December 24 starting
at 5:30 p.m. The three-course dinner menu will start off with an
amuse bouche, then diners can choose from a generous selection of
choices at each course. The cost of the dinner is $65 per person
plus tax and gratuity. Some of the menu items include pumpkin-lobster
bisque with lobster nuggets; seared sea scallops with cauliflower
puree and clementine piccata; pan roasted organic salmon with celery
root puree, spinach and pinot noir reduction; sliced filet mignon,

will offer holiday specials on Christmas Eve, Sunday, December 24.
Dinner begins at 6 p.m with a la carte specials including, warm

fishes typically served on Christmas Eve in Italy), white truffle
risotto, lobster al arrabiata (“angry style lobster”),
