This is going to be a fast
fall season for sure. The store windows are reflecting the upcoming
season and everyone is already shopping for the holidays. Let’s
do some holiday shopping.
In Hampton Bays on West Montauk Highway,
stop in at Accents Backyard Essentials by
J. Tortorella for a look at how to deck your halls, tables
and your home at their happy Christmas Shoppe. The new holiday collection
is enchanting, and has festive décor in every style, from
the cute to elegant, and unique gifts for everyone on your list.
You will also find fine collectibles, including Dept. 56 Villages,
“Krinkles” and Jim Shore figurines. Stop in and get
into the Holiday spirit!
At The Village Home Goods,
(formerly Southampton Sewing Center) on Jobs Lane
in Southampton and on East Main Street in Riverhead, look for the
$50 Miele vacuum cleaners and Buy Two, Get One Free boxes of vacuum
bags.
Hildreth’s
on Main Street in Southampton is introducing new merchandise just
in time for the Thanksgiving holiday dinner table. The new Autumn
Waves collection from Casafina has arrived, with a distinctive and
graceful new Casa Stone shapes and a rustic look appropriate for
highly durable, fine stoneware. It is available in four coordinated
earth tones: honey, pumpkin, celery and oatmeal, accented with a
fine, reactive glaze edge-line. This line of dinnerware can be stored
in the freezer or cooked in an oven, and is microwave and dishwasher
safe. Everyone will enjoy doing these dishes after a big holiday
meal.

can’t pass this sale by if you are thinking of re-doing your
house for the upcoming holidays.

Also in East Hampton at 3 Newtown
Mews, Jackie Rogers’ East Hampton shop has
pieces from her recently showcased (at the Friar’s Club in
New York City) Spring 2007 collection. You will find a beautiful
selection of evening gowns, little black dresses and power suits.
She even has a Jackie Rogers’ signature dog collar ($35 to
$50, with a portion of the proceeds going to ARF of the Hamptons.
