Hot Off The Press: Shannon Willey, proprietor of the Broken Colour Works home décor store and studio in Sag Harbor and Southampton, will teach a course in decorative painting through the East Hampton school district's continuing education program. Students will learn the methods and techniques of decorative painting - from preparation to finishing - include distressing, glazing, strié.
