This weekend was a busy one. Friends Linda and Anthony came to visit from Queens and of course, they wanted to shop. So off we went to do some early holiday shopping. The weather was perfect and so was the shopping. Let's shop!

On Main Street in Southampton at Villroy & Boch, you will find money saving promotions until the end of October. The serve it up sale, Metropolitan sale, ceramic plus sale, New Waves stemware sale, all linens, and Botanica sale can save you from 20% off. The basement is filled with great "clearance" merchandise with prices that cannot be beat. Now is the time to stock up on your needs for the upcoming holiday season. Linda went home with a giant bag full of great merchandise... So get going and get shopping.

In Southampton, on Hill Street at Sunrise to Sunset, we got some great deals on all fall and winter clothing including jackets, pants, sweater, jeans, t-shirts, and more for women, men, boys and girls. If you are preparing to keep warm this winter, this shop has the Ugg boots, Quicksilver, Billabong, Roxy and Loft merchandise. So many people ask me where to get snorkel equipment for their winter vacations; well, you will find it here too. And as always, all the summer clothing will be on sale all year round for those winter get-aways.

The Barn Antiques and Architectural Details on North Sea Road in Southampton is running a 'store closing' sale and every single thing must go out the door from 50% to 75% off. Check out the great sale at Gone Local - Hamptons Goods & Gallery, the shop on Main Street in Amagansett that is owned and run by three local women...
