Patricia Berzon, the woman that was arrested for deliberately poisoning her Sag Harbor boat-building boyfriend's milk with ant poison after the two got into an argument about a trip to Aspen, has plead guilty to the charge. As a part of her plea bargain with the county district attorney's office, Ms. Berzon, 55, has received five years of probation and has been fined $5,000 plus $320 in court fee. She was reportedly visibly nervous at her sentencing. Her boyfriend is choosing to stay with her. Makes you wonder what the case would have turned out to be if her boyfriend tried to poison her.
