WEIGHT LOSS- The second Tuesday of every month, Dr. Russ L'HommeDieu, a physical therapist, holds a free weight management lecture & discussion session for people fighting similar weight loss problems. HEALTHY COOKING MADE QUICK & EASY - The second Friday of every month, a Quick and Easy Healthy Cooking demonstration is being offered. This would be a great place to get started with new ideas on how to cook and eat healthier.
