Dan Aykroyd recently turned up the heat on Georgica chefs when he visited the kitchen to tell them their food was "rubbish." After assuring them he was joking, he hopped behind the bar and served cocktails to the crowd, which included Jon Bon Jovi and his family.

Former Montauk part-timer Bernie Madoff might be gone, but he's not forgotten. A family reportedly affected by his Ponzi scheme recently held an auction of personal items at Four Seasons Catering in Southampton. More than 120 items were up for bid, including paintings by Dali and Picasso, and reportedly earned $275,000.

North Haven's Jimmy Buffett gave a surprise performance at Stephen Talkhouse in Amagansett last week during the Wounded Warrior Project benefit concert.

Beauty the Red-Tailed Hawk will make her glamorous debut at the August 8 GET WILD benefit for the Wildlife Rescue Center, Beth and Howard Stern's "pet" charity in the Hamptons. She will be surrounded by "celebrity" friends Meep the Great Horned Owl, Marcy the Possum and more as they fete honoree Marty Richards. Beth Stern, host Avis Richards and Marcy Warren serve as Chairs for the event, which supports a new intake and treatment center.

The King of Pop, Michael Jackson, and the King of Pop Art, Andy Warhol, are on tour. Andy Warhol's Michael Jackson is moving from Vered Gallery in East Hampton to London's Millenium Dome for an August 5 press preview and three days of viewing. After that, the painting will swing by "Access Hollywood" and Los Angeles before returning to Vered Gallery, where it will be auctioned on August 18. Fashion designer Darby Scott will have a "Pop Up Store" at the Southampton Inn on August 7 and 8, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. The store will feature her new line of eveningwear as well as bags, shoes and many other items in the collection featured at Bergdorf Goodman.
