WEIGHT LOSS - The second Tuesday of every month, Dr. Russ L'HommeDieu, a physical therapist, holds a free weight management lecture & discussion session for people fighting similar weight loss problems. HEALTHY COOKING MADE QUICK & EASY - The second Friday of every month, a Quick and Easy Healthy Cooking demonstration is being offered. The demo will be done by Dr. Russ L'HommeDieu, DPT; a certified Wellness Coach - who has himself, maintained an over 200 pound weight loss for the last four years. This would be a great place to get started with new ideas on how to cook and eat healthier. He will be offering some GREAT ideas on how to cook healthy for the whole week when you just don't have that much time.
