Getting Personal at Gym Hampton

If you've read any of my previous updates on the progress I've made since I started working out with Kevin Keyser at Gym Hampton, you know that I've seen both physical and psychological results that I could never have achieved by working out on my own. Not only have I lost inches and pounds but I am also happier and more self-confident, which is not always guaranteed when you hire a personal trainer.
