Annona Restaurant in Westhampton Beach offers a Monday night $30 three-course prix fixe at the bar along with half-price bottles of wine also served in the dining room, through August 27. Among the summer fare by co-chefs Daniel Ross-Leutwyler and Brian Leth, whose menu contributed to Annona's recent "Excellent" rating by the New York Times' Joanne Starkey, is a wood oven-roasted baby octopus salad; sweet corn ravioli made with fresh corn and a butter sage sauce; and seared sea scallops with house-cured pancetta, asparagus, shiitake mushrooms and grapefruit.
