PHOTO OP STUDIOS

www.photoopstudios.com

The owners of PhotoOp studios are three women with years of trend-setting experience behind them. They are a marriage of local business and international style. Ruth Cherniak and Lucy Martin are the proprietors of Out of the Closet Vintage in Bridgehampton. They have an incredible collection of vintage clothing that spans the 20th century. Andrea Purcigliotti is an IATSE USA local 829 production designer and owns a set design company called Damage Studios in Brooklyn. Together they decided to combine their unique backgrounds and form PhotoOp Studios. Their goal was to tap into an already flourishing film and print business that thrives every season on the East End. By merging their talents and creating a space that combined three separate businesses into one, PhotoOp Studios is pleased to offer the industry - 2,000 sq. foot studio space, 1,500 sq. foot of wardrobe/costume hire and props/set dressing rentals as well as a eclectic inventory of props and set dressings. The facility provides a 25x20x16 cyclorama, suitable for fashion editorial, table top, still life or catalogue. In addition, there is a wide selection of vintage wardrobe and costume, ranging in styles from Victorian to the Eighties. Their objective is to provide their clientele with some interesting options not typical in the print business.
