HEALTHY COOKING MADE QUICK & EASY - The second Friday of every month, a Quick and Easy Healthy Cooking demonstration is being offered. The demo will be done by Dr. Russ L'HommeDieu, DPT; a certified Wellness Coach - who has himself, maintained an over 200 pound weight loss for the last four years. This would be a great place to get started with new ideas on how to cook and eat healthier.
