Schedule of Special Events
While the big attraction is the huge indoor and outdoor show, featuring 200+ memorable displays, we also have a lineup of activities that make this event an absolute must attend. Here is your chance to connect with scores of vendors that will help you realize your dream and will make for a fun day at the Southampton Elks Fairgrounds. There is so much to see, hear and discuss. Plan to come early.

Friday, June 5, 3-8 p.m.

1. Sit in on any one or more of a series "how to" seminars on Saturday and Sunday. Focused, objective and info-packed, they are designed to be fast briefings on specific topics. Ranging from tips on interior design to tons of green-friendly strategies, it is all here for you. Our Mistress of Ceremonies is Natalie Weinstein, a respected interior designer for 30 years, book author, columnist, founder of her own online resource guide (nataliesclub.com) and WALK radio talk show host. She will keep the action flowing onstage. See the Speaker Program tab on this site for topics, speakers and times.
2. Radu, fitness trainer to the stars, will sign his recent book, Athletic Fitness for Kids, on Sat. from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at the Radu Physical Culture booth. Also, there will be booth giveaways, drawing for free membership, free fitness evaluation and nutritional advice in their booth during show hours.
3. Getting hungry? Try the tasty and affordable fare at our on-site restaurant, presented by Southampton's new The Village Gourmet Cheese Shop. Sit outside with a snack and enjoy the action.
4. Natalie Weinstein will be offering free 15-minute consultations for home or office during the weekend in her booth. Bring questions, photos, and floor plans.
5. Invisible Fence by Canine Control Company will be introducing the smallest, lightest, receiver collar ever produced - the MicroLite Computer Collar. It's perfect for cats and small dog breeds.
6. Hardy Plumbing is running a competition to win a 32" flat screen HDTV/DVD combination - and you don't have to be present to win. Also at the booth, discuss the latest in government rebates and tax credits for geothermal and solar systems.
7. Cherry Pond Designs will be raffling off a Verdana end table, eligible to all booth registrants. Also, there is a 20% discount on any furniture ordered at the show.
8. Diva's Touch Decorating and Painting will raffle off a free faux finish.
9. Flanders Heating and Air Conditioning is running a contest to find the oldest A/C. If you win, guess what you get - a brand new A/C System. The contest begins on Friday, June 5 and runs till July 31. The winner will be announced August 14. Also, they are running a tune up special. You can get a 60-90 procession tune up, professional cleaning with a 21 point inspection for just $74 for each unit.
All the gate admission received on Friday, June 5 will be donated to Southampton Hospital.
