Turtle Crossing in East Hampton is now open (closed on Wednesdays). They will be serving dinner starting at 5 p.m. nightly, and lunch will be served on Saturday and Sunday starting at 12 p.m. They also are having Turtle Tuesdays every Tuesday starting at 5 p.m. Come into Turtle Crossing with anything turtle related- a shirt, stuffed turtle, real turtle, or wearing purple and receive a complimentary new Purple Turtle Martini with Christiana vodka, sour apple, and grape juice. The Beacon in Sag Harbor will open for lunch every weekend, Friday to Sunday, 11:30 to 2:30 p.m. beginning Friday, June 6. Come July, lunch will be available from Thursday to Monday. The Beacon has a spectacular view of sunsets over Sag Harbor Cove on summer nights. Jedediah's at the Jedediah Hawkins Inn in Jamesport now serves lunch and dinner al fresco throughout the summer season. The restaurant is open for lunch Monday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Sunday brunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dinner is also served Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Specials include: three-course lunch prix fixe (through the month of June) for $20.08 per person plus tax and gratuity, as well as high cheese daily from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. For further information or reservations call Jedediah's at (631) 722-2900.

Harbor Bistro in East Hampton presents their first wine dinner of the season on Wednesday, June 11th at 6 p.m. The five-course menu, created by executive chef Damien O'Donnell, will be paired with international wines. Cost of the dinner is $85 perperson. Reservations are recommended. The menu is as follows: panko crisped Peconic Bay oyster, ossetra caviar and yuzu creme fraiche; Prosecco Spago Veneto, Botter, Italy NV; ancho dusted dayboat sea scallops, lobster-corn relish, black truffles and lime; Albarino, Burgans, Spain 2005; duck breast salad with prosciutto, braised lentils, watercress and pistachio-sherry vinaigrette; Chianti Classico, Rodano, Italy 2004; herb-crusted Colorado lamb rack, quinoa tabouli, tomato pistou and portobello jus; Cotes du Rhone, Andezon, France 2006; lemon grass parfait, grilled pineapple and Thai basil; and Moscato d' Asti, Sourgal, Italy. Magic's Pub in Westhampton Beach is now offering brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. There is a complimentary soda, juice, iced tea, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or mimosa included with each entrée at the table (this promotion is not available at the bar). The brunch menu includes: bagel with lox and cream cheese served with capers, tomato, onion, and romaine leaves; three large golden-brown pancakes served with syrup; four wedges of fluffy thick- cut French toast served with syrup; two eggs served any style with home fries or French fries and your choice of bacon, sausage or ham; the omelet of the day with three fluffy eggs prepared with our chef's choice of ingredients, served with home fries or French fries. One Ocean in Bridgehampton is now serving a $23 prix fixe. The prix fixe is available Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday all night, and Friday and Saturday until 7 p.m. They also have $22 prime rib night on Tuesday, $21 shrimp night on Wednesday, and brunch Friday to Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information or reservations call One Ocean at (631) 537-5665.

The Jamesport Manor Inn continues to offer diners the perfect location to sip in the landscape and history of the North Fork each Sunday while it serves Sunday Buffet Brunch. Executive Chef Eric Rickmers' menu includes: Kobe beef brisket; Scottish salmon with arugula pesto; waffles with strawberry sauce; sugardale bacon; black forest ham; maple sausage; penne with goat cheese, tomatoes and spinach; Danish and crisps; and a made to order omelette station.
