Law & Order was out in full force in Southampton, embodied by two young Southamptonites - attorney Justin Harris, Esq. and Village Traffic Control Officer Alex Smith.

Harris, a member of the New York and Massachusetts bar associations and Mensa, is hoping to break into broadcast journalism. A Shinnecock native, Smith is a student at Suffolk Community College who plans to join the US Coast Guard. The two athletic guys were both literally stopping traffic and holding court in Southampton Village this past Friday wearing gear from Tennis East.
