Water Mill residents Bill and Sarabeth Levine, owners of the Sarabeth's restaurants and bakeries in New York City and Key West, have partnered with Lord & Taylor to operate the store's restaurants. Over the next two years, all restaurants at Lord & Taylor stores will be converted to Sarabeth's restaurants, and a grand opening is slated for fall 2008 in the Fifth Avenue flagship store.

East Hampton's Martha Stewart is sporting a new mustache - a milk mustache, that is. The domestic goddess is the latest celeb to be featured in the "Got Milk?" ad campaign.

Ex-Beatle Paul McCartney was awarded an honorary Doctor of Music degree from Yale University last week. The Amagansett resident, whose divorce from Heather Mills was finalized early this month, was seen with current girlfriend, Nancy Shevell, in Connecticut last week.

White House nightclub threw a white party this past Memorial Day weekend, which was hosted by Kim Kardashian and her NFL star boyfriend Reggie Bush. Also randomly in attendance was Lindsay Lohan's father, Michael.

The summer rental in Sagaponack listed for a record-setting $1 million has been sold instead. Beate Moore of Sotheby's International Realty said the home recently went into contract for close to the listed sale price of $19.9 million.

From May 31 through June 8, The East End Photography Group will exhibit a new work at Ashawagh Hall in East Hampton by Barry Gordin and Michael Knigin featuring a collaborative montage celebrity portrait from their private collection. A portion of the sale of this piece will benefit the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons (ARF).

Peter Morton is leaving East Hampton. The co-founder of the Hard Rock Café chain recently sold his 10,000-square-foot home for $21.45 million.

Wesley Snipes spent his last few days of freedom in the Hamptons. The actor, who in April was sentenced to three years in prison for not filing his taxes and must report to jail on June 3, was seen partying at the HYT ME estate.

Hamptonite Kelly Ripa gushed over her Nicolas Petrou dress at the opening of Sean Bell's Bellhaus and told our men's fashion maven, Tony Vargas, how well-constructed the dress was and how she would wear it to the Emmy's, Tony's, Oscars and any other red carpet soiree.

Many of the Hamptons elite attended Cannes International Film Festival last week, including Georgica's Steven Spielberg and East Hampton's P. Diddy, who threw a lavish, star-studded party on his mega-yacht.

The Ross School's fifth annual Starlight Ball, co-chaired by Jay McInerney and Anne Hearst, raised over $500,000. Among the over 400 guests were Christie Brinkley, Dan Rattiner, Isabella Rossellini and Nile Rodgers.

Water Mill's Sir Ivan, who also goes by his superhero name "Mr. Mitzvah," will be the honorary Grand Marshal of the Israel Day Parade in NYC on June 1. The actual Grand Marshal of the parade will be talkshow host Larry King.
